Payment Options
Discover the various payment methods accepted for transactions on Hostraha:
- Flutterwave:
- Methods: M-PESA, Visa, Mastercard, Bank
- Payments are processed within the client area.
- To make a payment:
- Navigate to Billing > My Invoices.
- Select the unpaid invoice and proceed with the payment.
- Note: Flutterwave generates a temporary account number during the session, which is deleted upon session expiration. This process is managed by the payment gateway, beyond our control. Flutterwave is known for its high security standards and offers instant payment approval.
- Account Credits and Top-ups:
- Add credit to your account through the client area.
- All recurring invoices generated after credit addition will automatically utilize the available credit.
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard):
- Credit card payments can be completed within the client area.
- To make a payment:
- Navigate to Billing > My Invoices.
- Select the unpaid invoice and proceed with the payment.
- For recurring card subscriptions, choose “Add Card (recurring)” on any unpaid invoice with Payment Method set to Credit Card.
- PayPal:
- PayPal payments are facilitated within the client area.
- To make a payment:
- Navigate to Billing > My Invoices.
- Select the unpaid invoice and proceed with the payment.
Please note that the “Pay Now” (once-off) option on an unpaid invoice allows for a one-time credit card payment but does not set up a recurring credit card payment method.
