The application process typically takes between 2 to 14 working days. Safaricom accepts submissions on Mondays and Thursdays by midday, with registrations occurring on Tuesdays and Fridays. Airtel accepts submissions on Wednesdays by midday, and registrations take place every Friday. Once ready, the Sender ID becomes available for use.
