Join our customer support team to help customers with technical issues, domain registration, hosting setup, and other related services. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve hosting, domain, and website issues
- Assist customers with product selection and technical questions
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Create and update knowledge base articles
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer pain points
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support
- Knowledge of web hosting technologies (cPanel, DNS, domains)
- Familiarity with WordPress and common CMS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Patient and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in shifts (including some weekends)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
